I joined anamika’s diet gallery 4 months back. Till now I’ve reduced 7kg and 12inches all over. I’ve able to follow her diet easily as plans are very simple to follow in daily routine and no mono diet which I personally don’t like to haveĀ or I’ve very foody & like different kind to foods but still i got very effective rules or by knowing my this weakness the gave me plans in such a way that I was able to follow with this tendency of wine. Now i don’t strine for finding causes also or i’hv become very flexible and comfertable with exercise. I still have to reduce two kg more and I knew being with her and her diet plans. I will.
